VLAN causing errors in docker settings menu and well, it is a mess!

I had another thread going, but it was a bit confused, so I am trying to repost this in a more organized manner (and I deleted the old thread). @bonienl , you were tagged in the previous thread, so tagging you here.

 

When I enable a VLAN, I get two visible problems:

 

1) I get weird errors on my Docker Settings page:

2) My Unifi Controller will show both instances on either the Home or IOT VLAN, but not split. If I turn on IPv4 address assignment for the VLAN, it will get an IP in that range, but the untagged number disappears and it shows both entries on IOT).

I have my untagged LAN and a VLAN (tagged as 3) for IOT type devices. I added the VLAN to Network Settings as shown:
