Log 100%

Under the memory section on the dashboard. Log is 100%? Is this bad? What causes this?

OK I rebooted and it went away, but I still would love to know if anyone knows common issues that would cause that.

can i just add iam also suffering from this for a long time. iv made the log bigger but it still fills up any help would be good

Those last diagnostics you posted did have all log space used, but syslog wasn't very big, so something else is to blame.

 

Looks like you installed everything in NerdPack. Why? You shouldn't install anything you don't need and may not even know what it's for. atop is one likely cause of your problem, but I suggest uninstalling most of NerdPack.

 

Then you will have to reboot to clear log space.

Hi all,

 

I have the same issue with my log filling up every 2 days. Reading through the post i have removed all from nerd pack except what i require... I have uploaded my Anonymize diagnostics and would appreciate any help diagnosing what is filling my log.

You have MFT of drive errors spamming your logs when trying to Spindown your drives.
