Jaster
knowlage-diagnostics-20200807-0837.zip Hi Guys, I got a disk error - what shall I do? Edited August 8, 2020 by Jaster Quote Link to comment
JorgeB
Disk dropped offline so there's no SMART, check connections and post new diags. Quote Link to comment
Jaster
Connections are good - how do I get it back online the proper way (I don't think "new config" is correct). Quote Link to comment

Jaster
I don't think it's up again knowlage-diagnostics-20200807-1214.zip Quote Link to comment
JorgeB
It's not, did you check the connections like asked? And by checked I mean power the server and psychically remove and re-connect cables. If you already did that replace the cables. Quote Link to comment
Jaster
Have a look please knowlage-diagnostics-20200807-1432.zip Quote Link to comment
JorgeB
SMART looks fine, since the emulated disk mounted correctly you can rebuild on top, though I would recommend replacing/swapping cables first (if not yet done) to rule them out if it happens again to the same disk. Quote Link to comment
Jaster
So.... just new config? or how do I bringt it back into the array in a more appropriate way? Quote Link to comment

Jaster
ty. Would you recommend anything to make sure the drive is really fine? Quote Link to comment
JorgeB
You can run an extended SMART test. Quote Link to comment
