When I transfer to an smb share from Mac the transfer rate starts up at 100+MB/s then slowly drops down to zero and stays there for a bit before jumping up again and the cycle repeats. I enabled turbo write and it made a huge improvement but still does the up and down behaviour. It’s actually usable now though. If the rest of my testing works out I’ll add an ssd cache drive.
