All the files on the server are Media, and can be obtained again, although it would be nice to know what I would be losing.

 

You also mentioned that you saw ATA errors?

    Yes, on multiple disks, most likely related to the SAS2LP controllers, they have various known issues and are not recommended for some time, if you can I would recommend replacing both with LSI HBAs.
