• Adding a Docker template does not enable 'Apply' button

When I add a docker template, the 'Apply' button is grayed out until I make a change in the template.  When applying a 'My-...' template I would probably not make any changes and would expect the 'Apply' button to be enabled.

I changed it to forced disabled, because sometimes incomplete templates are loaded and these should not be applied immediately, but the downside of this approach is that any good templates need a 'forced' change. @Squid convinced me that my idea is bad, hence it will be corrected in the upcoming version.

I think we are all trying to keep users from causing themselves problems, but sometimes they just have to work it out on their own.
