I believe myunraid.net is having dns issues. Temp workaround: SSH into the server and type use_ssl no and then you can access the server with an ip address (and port) unencrypted. https://wiki.unraid.net/Manual/Security#Https_with_Myunraid.net_certificate_-_with_fallback_URL_if_DNS_is_unavailable
