  1. I was thinking what you suggested would work, but wanted validation first. That did it. After removing the file and restarting the container, the system went right to work. Unfortunately, it did not pickup all the episodes so I simply renamed them. Thanks for the guidance.
  2. I have some failed conversions noted in /mnt/user/appdata/HandBrake/failed_conversions and I am trying to have HandBrake retry to convert. i have taken the files out and put them back in the watch directory, but Handbrake just sits there staring at me blankly. How do I get HB to reattempt converting the failed videos? Background. The problem arose because I was converting a couple of TV series at a time and I accidently named the third season after the second. So it thinks it already converted the one season and won't do it again apparently.
  3. I am in a single parity situation. I bit the bullet and gave it a shot.....it worked. The parity drive came up as unmountable. It is rebuilding the parity as I type, but is nerve-racking when it tells you the drive is going to get wiped and I was not certain it was parity. Looking at the consumed capacity in the UI, I am very confident I am not losing any data. Thank you. NOte to self, 'make note of the current drive assignment before creating a new config!'
  4. I forgot to make note of my disks and slot position after I created a new configuration, to remove a bad drive. Now I am not certain which was the parity drive. How can I identify which drive was parity so I can put it in the parity position and the other data drives in the proper slot?
  5. I am at a loss. I have been unsuccessful at getting my GTX1070 to work on my Unraid 6.8.3 server. Want to use it on Plex and Handbrake, no VMs. I have been at it for a couple of months and my build is defaulting to CPU transcoding, not GPU. Here's what I have tried. 1. Latest unraid and nvidia plug-in version. It sees it as GPU0 and gives a UUID number 2. Using PlexPass Container v. 1.18.8.2527 3. Set NVIDIA_DRIVER_CAPABILITIES = all 4. Set NVIDIA_VISIBLE_DEVICES = MY_GPU_UUID 5.Set the extra parm: --runtime=nvidia 6. Verified there is no trailing space after the GPU UUID 7. Confirmed in my BIOS that the server graphics are using the on-board GPU and not Nvidia 8. Confirmed ASRock supports ths GPU ...what am I missing here? Yes. Using hardware trancoding is selected.
  8. Done. Xposted in the Plex Container forum. Thanks for the guidance.
