  1. It is under storage and I have set the permissions to the nobody user group. This should be correct, right?
  2. Hi guys, I'm desperately trying to restore a backup but Crashplan is stuck on "Downloading files". I tried to only download smallish files to see if that would work but to no avail. Looking at my traffic it seems like it is downloading fine but then not being able to uncompress the files since nothing happens afterwards. According to the log everything seems to be in order. Sadly I get failed uploads rn so I can't post the logs in their entirety but here are some snippets: Restore Log: Engine_error: Help would be much appreciated. I feel like I'm paying Crashplan for nothing.
  3. Ok, this comes waaay too late but I had the same issue just now and the solution was to simply restore an older backup that radarr keeps automatically within it's /config dir. So for anyone getting the error, just restore one of the backups under
  4. I was, yes, though I haven't changed any docker containers besides updates since the backup in October. I'n not sure why they act up the way they do but it's no biggie. I just need to remap them correctly.
  5. After a bit of tinkering it worked. I didn't realize I could just update the config via drag and drop. I could kiss you right now! Thank you! While it still has some issues regarding docker configs that weren't mapped out correctly for some reason my data is safe and that's the important part.
  6. There should be one though. It's a backup of my flashdrive from last year.
  7. I did what you said and it still rejects the connection for both the web gui as well as an SSH connection. I really appreciate the help.
  8. Thank you for your answer. Trying to boot into safe mode makes Unraid unaccessabile via web gui. I have also tried to use the Safe Mode Gui Version but that also ended up in a "Not reachable" error message. How to I get around that to post the diagnostics? Ok, just realized that I can't connect to it at all anymore after the reboot other than via command line from the server itself. No connection is accepted to Unraid itself anymore. I was able to run the diagnostics tool via command line and extract the generated zip file. I will attach it here. I do hope it's annonymized.
  9. I've had a lot of issues after an power outage in the sense that the docker page wouldn't load anymore and neither did the plugins page and decided to replace the flash drive. So far so good, I've followed the instructions as I did before and restarted the server. My flash backup was from October last year and I had since upgraded the server with another 14TB drive. Now, after rebooting into Unraid it's missing the 2TB drive, that was replaced by the 14TB drive and takes the 14TB drive as a new one and obviously wants to copmpletely format it when the array starts. Why this ios the behavior is obvious but I need a workaround to not loose the data on the 14TB disk. That was the first and smaller issue. The big one is that I can't activate the flash. When I want to go to the page where you can replace the key it's just empty with nothing on it. I also can't download the diagnostic since it is stuck on the following screen. Something's definetly not right here and I would hate to loose 16TB of data on my server. Please help me save it. I know I should've made a backup but I haven't for money reasons. I have already contacted support and they told me to come here.
  10. Did you ever find the cause and a fix? My Nextcloud just started behaving the exact same way with the same errors in the logs. It's really frustrating.
  11. I'm not sure if Linuxserver.io has abandoned the project. It's unusual to not get any response to any of the questions in over a week.
  12. Fix: Somehow while updating NC the tmp folder was specified as mnt/usr/. Switched it back to mnt/user/ and everything is back being operational. It's a bit weird since I didn't change the path in the first place but here you go. Should you get the same issues check the tmp folder location in your docker config. Little update: I found the following in the logs: It also appears when I try to put Nextcloud into maintenance mode. I again ask for your help, @linuxserver.io and anyone else with knowledge. I'm really stuck for days now. Your help would be highly appreciated.
  13. @linuxserver.io Hi guys, I have Nextcloud up and running for well over a solid year but I just noticed that I can't login anymore. When I try to login via the web UI it redirects me to the login page but changes the URL from to I have checked the logs. The php log just gave me the usual notices but the nginx error log threw me this: I have no idea what to do with that information and any help would be appreciated.
  14. That's a relief to hear, thank you for your help 😁
  15. So I've just ordered a new flash drive (Kingston DTSE9) but it's going to take a week to arrive. Is there anything I need to look out for concerning the backup? I should be good to go with the last backup I've made, right? (23.04.2021)
  16. So that's the issue, thank you. I'll just order a new USB stick and put the backup on it.
  17. Hey guys, I just saw a weird warning on my VMs page. This wasn't there a few days ago and I haven't made any changes to the Unraid System. I looked into the files named in the warning but I couldn't really make out what I should do with them or rather what I should change. As I've said, I haven't made any changes and now all of a sudden this happened. Here is the domain.cfg file: And here is the line 478 of the libvirt_helpers.php file: Can someone help me?
  18. Thanks for the reply. I've found the HTTPS Port setting and changed it after my post. I'll have to leave the house pretty soon but I'll try your suggestion tomorrow. Will I be able to access the WebUI via my local DNS again?
  19. Hey guys, I'm about to lose my... I thought to try out Unraid's new remote access feature. Not only did I have to open up Port 443 for Unraid and loose it for NGINX Proxy Manager, which I have no idea how to resolve but it also completely shut me out of local access! When I try to connect to my server via the internal IP of my network, it just redirects to the unraid.net DNS. The DNS rebind exceptions in my router don't work at all and now I can't access my server anymore without using a VPN. I need help fast and what in the world were the Unraid guys thinking when they've configured it this way? I mean, seriously??? I love Unraid, I love what they do with it but this decision drives me up the wall. Please help! Everything that needs to be accessed via the internet is offline now because of the NGINX Proxy Manager not being provisioned by port 443 but I can't switch back because I wouldn't have any access to my server. I need help and I need help ASAP, please. Update: Alright, I've got the DNS rebind working (after two hours) and was able to change the port for connecting to unraid but still.... How do I revert back??? I DO NOT WANT THIS HUGE URL to connect to my server. Before I just had my lokal DNS, which was one short word. I am so mad right now, I can't even put it in words. To the guys working on Unraid: You guys do an amazing job but how did you screw this up so bad? Why isn't there a one button solution to revert back to the way it was? If it works the one way it most likely works the same way backwards, doesn't it?
  20. I have a rather big issue. I've accidentally nuked my /data directory with no backups available. I've created a new directory (called differently than the last one) but now get the error that the .ocdata is missing, which makes sense. Can somebody tell me how to fix the issue or does anyone have at least experience with this? I would really like to avoid setting it all up again.
  21. Is it just me or is it impossible to connect to Deluge? Using the Daemon fails and using the WebUI it won't even send any request, complaining that there's nothing written in "Username". Edit: It keeps trying to use the daemon instead of the WebUI
  22. It was originally at 20Gb but I've increased it to 30Gb the first time all of my dockers vanished. I thought it might be due to having it filled about 80% at that time. Right now I have less docker container installed which brought the image usage down to 38% and it is stable without any increase.
