I did the same thing. I went into appdata for sabnzb, edited the sabnzbd.ini file and removed what I entered in the "local_ranges" part. Saved, restarted container and back in.

I think they are referring to the same thing that I did and it got it back up and running for me. Go to radarr/sonarr settings > general > proxy and add your server IP into the "Ignored Addresses" section. Radarr and sonarr IPs indicate they are no longer routing through sab vpn though. However, I think that activity is still being funneled through vpn for activity outside the network. Would love for someone with a better understanding to clarify.
