    Nevermind.
    I pulled the USB drive out of the server, plugged it into my Windows laptop and could see the files on the USB. I quickly copied the entire contents of the USB drive just as a precaution. Then I noticed the "make bootable" bat file and thought "What the heck, let's try it." so I ran the bat file as an administrator Plugged the USB back into the server and the server booted!
     
    The first thing I did was enable flash backup under Management Access.
     
    So, do you think I should replace that USB drive?
