What I mean is, my parity is valid and I checked it before (when my disk1 was accessible), so I can recover data / rebuild data from parity, that is possible right?

Hey @JorgeB! Thanks for your quick response, I did try out the option 1 partially but I didn't work. I'll try it out again and the second option too. But I'd like you to help me with the disk2 missing option too. As soon as I put my new 10TB disk in disk2 (which is showing disk missing) the parity check starts, and I quickly stop the parity cuz I don't want to mess with disk1 parity data. So please tell me how to assign / use the new disk so that if either of options work for unmountable disk and am able to read data, I can then quickly start copying the data. Thanks

Hi Guys, looking for an urgent and quick support, on a very tight timeline for project and my data is inaccessible. My Unraid Config is: Processor: AMD Ryzen 3200G RAM: 16GB Parity: Segate Enterprise Exos X16 10TB Data Disk / Disk 1: Segate Enterprise Exos X16 10TB File System: BTRFS Few days back after cleaning my server, my data disk started giving me knocking or clicking sound. I did a parity check once to ensure all data is secure. Then I got a new 10TB HDD to make a copy of existing data on disk1. I put the new disk in disk2 slot and created some shares post which my new disk gave some errors and I got it replaced. I then did a preclear on the replacement disk and tried to assign it again to disk2 and I don't know what happened the new HDD suddenly vanished. I then restarted my system twice and then I find out that "Unassigned Devices" is listing my new 10TB HDD but my existing Data Drive (Disk 1) was shown as unmountable. I saved the syslog at this point, and when I tried to access the disk via Ubuntu I got the same error message there mount: /mnt/disk1: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/md1, missing codepage or helper program, or other error. I am unable to access disk1 any how now. The scrub option is unavailable on disk1. I also tried to replace disk1 with the new disk and then tried to start the array but then Unraid gave the error "Too Many Disks Missing" and I couldn't start the array. So this is what I have now: 1) A parity disk which has data in secure form. 2) Data disk (disk 1) which is unmountable. 3) Disk 2 which is always showing missing. 4) New 10TB disk which is precleared. Can anyone please guide me how can I either, Mount my disk1 and recover data from it? or Use my parity to recover data on to my new drive? Hey Buddy! I've found the solution to the problem. It's given in this link: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT207128 So what you need to do is, copy the command given in the link and do not forget to add commas "," like this: 'vfs objects = catia, fruit, streams_xattr' Then go to the smb settings in the unraid and add this code to smb extras and then et voila, you should be able to save libraries in your Unraid. Hey @Squid, So, your code worked. My CA are loading now, but I haven't tried installing any docker and see if it again goes back to that situation. Secondly, any solution to the problem of docker losing the option to edit and WebGUI?

Well I was about to write to you again that the problem didn't seem to end there but kinda added more to it. So after I re-installed plugins after cleaning the flash, the apps section worked but as I installed one docker, it went back to the same problem of never ending spinner. I did the process again and installed another docker and then it went back again to the spinner. But I also noticed, that with every fresh install of CA plugin, I was losing the ability to edit my previous dockers and the WebGUI option also went away along with editing option. Attaching my CA logs to help you. Also, I am fairly new to Unraid, so I kinda don't know how to get it to smooth working when one thing after other falls off. Kindly help. Hey @Squid, I don't know why I can't see the other reply that you made on my post but can read it on mai, anyways, thanks for you help. My CA is loading now. I even tried doing it by enabling and disabling debu gger and it is loading in both the cases. As per your request, I am hereby also attaching the CA Log for your reference. But with that said, I am also facing another problem, since the beginning when I started installing dockers, my docker icons never show up. When I made the post, I wasn't. Though I accessed ca via xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/Apps/ca_settings and did what you asked earlier even then I am stuck with the spinner. I updated just a while back even then I am stuck with the spinner.

Hey Unraid Masters, I need a little help. Problem: My Apps tab is taking forever to load when my array is running. When I stop the array and load the Apps tab, it loads quickly. Situation: I was facing this issue on my first Unraid setup where I had few dockers running and couldn't figure out the problem after going through forums so I started afresh on 19th October 2021 (just around the time the update was released), on my system again. I installed a fresh copy of Unraid and formatted all my disks (Cache and Data Disk). I installed just 2 dockers (Nginx and Overseerr), and I am back to my problem, my apps tab is not showing the apps, it's just loading and loading when the array is running. Troubleshoot: I tried to go to settings and do as said by @Squid but my User Utilities section is empty. So am back to square one. My System: Cache Disk: WD 240GB SSD, Sata Green HDD: Segate Baracuda 1 TB, 7200 RPM CPU: Intel i5- 2500K RAM: DDR3 12 GB (Non ECC) MotherBoard: H77-MD3H I look forward to a solution and wish to use Unraid to the full capacity.
