I have two NVIDIA graphics cards in my unraid. Can I have Plex use both of them? Right now I pass a single device identifier with this command: NVIDIA_VISIBLE_DEVICES. Can I put two values in there or do all? Will Plex be able to use both if I can pass them? Thanks in advance!

Where do I get the keyfile? That's one of the things I've been struggling with... I go to my account page and try to download it and it opens a blank browser window and nothing happens.

I feel like an idiot. So, I have a server I setup and dialed in with a unraid trial license. I thought I had my licensed thumb drive but I couldn't find it. Searched a bunch of drives and found one with the matching GUID. It is blank. I want to use a brand new flash drive. Is there anyway to do this? I contacted support but haven't heard back. So in summary: 1 - Licensed thumbdrive - BLANK 2 - Trial license thumbdrive - with server working the way I want it to 3 - Brand new good quality thumb drive not associated or black listed with unraid. How do I get #3 thumb drive to be the licensed one and move the config over from #2 to #3? Thank you in advance for trying to help me. Appreciate it.

Sorry, still a but confused on terms. The remote SMB shares did not mount within unraid.

So, tried opera and no change. Still all grey and I cannot access the shares. Sorry about taking this much of your time.

Tried Chrome. No change. I'm confused in terms of what recently changed? Unraid, the plug in? Sorry, not sure if there is something else you want me to do. They are still greyed out.

Firefox but have used Chrome as well.

Using FireFox. So, I entered it in terminal and nothing happened in the terminal just got a new line. IT did not mount the shares. When I did crtl + Shift J I got: Key event not available on some keyboard layouts: key=“i” modifiers=“accel,alt,shift” id=“key_browserToolbox”

Thanks so much! So, when I stopped and restarted the array the shares auto mounted. When I reboot the server they stay greyed out. Really appreciate the help!

SMB Shares will not load automatically at boot Every time I reboot my unraid server my SMB shares do not mount. The boxes are greyed out. The only way I have figured out to be able to turn the boxes orange is to act like I'm going to add an additional SMB share. I then browse for the share. Once I browse for the share all the boxes turn orange and I can mount. Thank you so much in advance for your help. alpha-diagnostics-20221129-1115.zip

So, I feel like an idiot. I have been trying to get support for a plug in but have been posting to the wrong forums. Now, I think I figured out which forum to post into and it is greyed out. I read that I had to have my unraid box connected/linked to the My Server plugin. I think I do but still cannot post. I'm logged in with the same credentials and my server says: "Connected to My Servers Cloud." Can someone please help me figure out what I'm doing wrong and why I cannot post to the plugin support forum? My apologies I'm usually not this stupid when it comes to these things. I greatly appreciate the help.
