As I've deleted the docker image since this all happened, I can't show exactly what I did, but I did not use the external storage plugin - I hadn't even gotten that far in the setup process. That's what I'll do once I get my data back. Thanks for the tip.

Thank you. I'm aware of that and that's what I did. What I don't understand is why that resulted in the data in those directories being wiped. Again - not trying to be a jerk, just not understanding why the folders that I mapped for Nextcloud to use got their contents deleted.

I'm curious what Nextcloud is for if not for providing access to my files? I'm asking that sincerely - not trying to be a jerk.

How would you recommend making my existing data accessible through Nextcloud at their existing locations? That's ultimately what I'd like is read/write access to my existing data.

The only missing data was in the folders I attempted to make accessible through Nextcloud.

I attempted to install Nextcloud yesterday evening and I set my User files path to be my existing data directory, and I created additional paths for other directories I wanted to access through Nextcloud. Unfortunately something went terribly wrong and all of the contents of those directories were deleted when I started up the docker for the first time. I am baffled as to why this would have happened and would like to not repeat the same thing in the future. I'm hoping to be able to cobble together my data again from various backup sources, but this is a pretty big screw up on my part, even though I'm not sure what I did wrong.

I'd love some insight as to what's going on. I haven't even setup tdarr yet, so I'm not sure how it's using up so much space. Diagnostics also attached. Thanks for any help that can be provided. tower-diagnostics-20221126-1820.zip

Thank you for the helpful tips, @rramstad and @cherrybullet. I was indeed trying to modify the settings.json file while the container was running. I'm trying to set this to my LAN range with 192.168.0.0/24, but this isn't working. I can only access the gui when I include only the ip address of my computer. Is there a way to specify a range so I don't have to change this if/when my computer's LAN ip changes?

I am unable to get the Transmission docker to function properly. I have removed and reinstalled a few times but when I try to access the WebUI, I get a message that my browser cannot connect. I suspect it has something to do with the PEERPORT, WHITELIST, and HOST_WHITELIST settings, but I'm not positive. I have attempted to delete the contents in the container configuration screen, but the defaults always repopulate when the container restarts, as shown in the attached image. I have also tried editing these directly (by replacing the contents with "") in the settings.json file, but when the container restarts, the defaults are repopulated. I'd appreciate any help.
