  1. I appreciate the offer but at this time I'll pass. I'll reach back out if more issues pop up when my friends try to connect to the server.
  2. Looks like I got too focused on the server browser and didn't even think about the direct connect option. I was able to connect locally and when using my phone as a hotspot so I could be off network. The server browser still errors out though. I'm curious if there is a setting somewhere not having it use the 27016 port or I'm just missing a conflict in my forwarding. I'd bet I'm overlooking a conflict. I appreciate your reply though since direct connect will work well enough for the few friends I'll be playing it with.
  3. I forgot to mention. Almost all of these files are blank when opened. Only Engine, Game, Game.ini.default, and GameUserSettings have anything in them.
  4. I'm unable to connect to a Longvinter server. I believe I have forwarded the right ports. I even tried stopping all other containers to prevent conflicts. The server shows up in the browser. I get this message after a while when trying to connect. The log window seems to show the server running so I'm not sure what I'm missing. I'm able to connect to random other servers, both official and unofficial. Let me know if there is anything else you need to help troubleshoot.
  5. Starting today I keep getting high CPU utilization. I'm unable to find the cause. When I tried the top command in the terminal nothing stands out as high usage but individual cores keep jumping to 100% utilization. I have a 5900x, 64gb of 3600MHz ram, and 6 8tb 7200 rpm drives. I uploaded my diagnostics file. This is my first time posting so apologies if I missed something needed. tower-diagnostics-20230501-1637.zip
  6. Attempting to get a Core Keeper server running but it isn't starting. The server log shows this and no game ID seems to be created. Preloaded 'lib_burst_generated.so' Preloaded 'libsteam_api.so' Unable to preload the following plugins: libsentry.so Display 0 '0': 1x1 (primary device). Loading player data from /serverdata/serverfiles/CoreKeeperServer_Data/data.unity3d Unable to load player prefs Desktop is 1 x 1 @ 0 Hz
  7. The issue I had with Valheim and 7days ended up being a typo in an unrelated port being forwarded for something else. I don't know why it caused this particular weird issue but correcting the typo has resolved it none the less. I do appreciate you responding though.
  8. 5900x, 32gb ram, gtx 970, and the pool is entirely 7200rpm 8tb drives. When I have time later this evening I'm going to try backing up my world on 7days and doing a fresh install just to see if there's something quirky going on. I've seen lots of stability complaints with a20. I still welcome any other suggestions but I'll also update if that sorts anything out.
  9. Cable internet provider only offers 50 up at the moment. It's just strange that even if nobody is on Valheim it still causes problems. Just the server being on is enough to cause the desync issues.
  10. Same group of friends that have made it to day 150 something with no issues. We took a break to play Valheim with mistlands. When somebody went back to do something in 7days while the rest of us were in Valheim they got massive desync issues. Stopping the Valheim container weirdly clears up the issue. It doesn't make sense for things to be problematic this way so I'm at a loss. I didn't adjust anything with settings, the correct ports are forwarded, there's no conflicts in the ports that I can see, and IP addresses are bound correctly. I'm game to check whatever is needed. I've got a 1000D/50up connection with only 8 people connected at any given time.
  11. Please point me to the correct post if missed it while searching. I'm having an issue with the 7DaysToDie apparently conflicting with Valheim. When Valheim is loaded there is a massive desync issue with 7days. If I turn off the Valheim server the issue clears up right away. It only affects players not on my home network. I'm assuming it's actually an issue with my router but since I couldn't find anything relevant causing an issue I figured I'd go ahead and ask on here.
