I'm not certain that multiple profiles will work with a headless instance of kodi that essentially updates one database. i think this question is one more suited to the kodi forum as it's very specific to kodi.

Been playing with guacamole and with the file transfer thing to my ssh sessions makes it pretty awesome. no faffing about with forklift and terminal etc.... all in one jobbie.

Slight amendment to what i sent you in the PM regarding port assignments and the xml template. I just tested it and you do it like this. <HostPort>9090</HostPort> <ContainerPort>8080</ContainerPort> <WebUI>http://[iP]:[PORT:8080]/</WebUI> the important part to note is that the port in the webui setting is the container port and not whatever you put in the host port. that way you can still put 9090 (or whatever you want in the host port setting) and the docker page will handle the change. Also if a user decides that 9090 is not suitable and changes that setting in the template in unraid ui , the webui link on the docker will go to whatever port they set also.

i saw wallabag and unmark on freedif and made an unmark container for my private repo, wish i'd gone with wallabag instead. unmark (to my personal taste is ugh). wallabag 2.0 is iminent according to freedif http://freedif.org/

you put your cron jobs into a file and add the file in the image to a temp location. then in your firstrun you copy it over to /config and import it to cron with crontab /config/cronjob (might need to change the user on the cron import to nobody, not 100% certain on that) doing it that way gives you an editable cron file in your config. i don't know how to use it in relation to the FAH client though.

I know how to get a cronjob into the crontab of a phusion docker, did it with my readerself docker.

I'm not 100% certain but i don't think you should be adding :latest to import an image, it probably can't find it. Redone the pull request on github with all the changes i've made.

Did you do a docker commit and docker push to a repository? If not, then you need to do that. You also need to add the docker through the ui so you create a my-templatefor it. Otherwise you will have to redo all the steps again. Thos steps are all mumbo-jumbo to me. When I click add container I see a my-template entry though. How do I do this committing and pushing? My docker page is attached. are you talking about asset-upnp ?

I've worked out how to change the work folder for fah to /config so if you update the container you don't lose any work units in progress.

I went back through your commits on this and found why you had the original error of it respawning all the time in runit. you were calling the service from runit if you were barebones linux you would run this via the service fahclient start, but that's not how to do it via runit. you call the executable itself and pass any command line arguments to it. i'll make another pull request on your github for this when i've had some sleep. BTW firefox and this don't work well together, something to do with the cookie it sets screwing up FF.

I had a little look at the container and saw earlier in the comments you were having problems when running it with the phusion runit. might i suggest using supervisor in its place. also regards config file, take a look here as you can pass command line argument to choose config file location. https://fah-web.stanford.edu/projects/FAHClient/wiki/ClientDifferencesV6ToV7
