    > FritzBox > Hilfe und Info (Seitenleiste) > FRITZ!Box Support (ganz unten in der Fußleiste) > Haken setzen bei "EEE deaktivieren". Das hat geholfen! Ich ärgere mich seit langen über den extrem langsamen SMB <--> Finder Datentransfer. Nichts hatte geholfen. Glücklich bin ich. Vielen Dank.
