Fixed it by flashing the disk using flash creator and started over from scratch

Followed the instructions by setting drives to no device and then stopping the array, and the 2x3 TB still can't add 2x6 TB drives. Even tried configuring the original config and removing 2x3 TB, but it seemed to work until I stopped and restarted the array unraid2017-diagnostics-20250414-1747.zip

In 2017 bought 2 licenses and can't find the second Plus.key. My understanding now is when some buy a license now the key file gets stored through the connect app. The original email I used when I bought the licenses was [email protected]. After rebooting the server could not login error message could not connect. Connected my HDMI cable and forced a hard reset watched the screen and no errors Try to login from the login screen and get an invalid login I can ping the ip address and name it's all fine. Connect an ethernet cable to my laptop and still won't connect Can't connect through the network it worked all day until reboot. Can someone come up with a few suggestions?

Followed those steps from your link tried both methods listed in link. It prompts for new root pw and accepts new pw. Then I type it in and get the result where no error message and just a blank login screen like I showed above. Still not working

Backed up my flash files and just recently cannot login to root tried my backed files 6.9.2 and 6.11.5 then reformated flash and copy prokey and deleted the 3 files. Reboot server and it prompts for new pw it accepts and then try to login and put in new root pw and no response and no error message just blank Use roboform to save my pw's. Can someone suggest what I should do? worked on this for 1 solid hour and got no where need some help

About a month ago had 2 lightning stikes and as soon as I powered up my server no ethernet. So this week bougth this card it supports linux and windows. Just plugged it in and worked so found a review on web.
