while doing cloning, the last successfull read time growing longer... can i just stop the progress and continue to next step or wait for it to finish?

after 7 days ddrescue cloning disk3 there is this notification (4TB to 4TB Drive).. what should I do or what is the command? Thanks

ddrescue on going but it took more than 10 days... what if I just start the array, it is okay if I lost data from disk 3, what is the next step I would do? plug in all back new configuration parity 12TB disk1 disk2 disk3? (should i assign my spare disk or not) disk4 (newly cloned using ddrescue) start the array? I'll use ddrescue on another machine to try saving data from disk3. Thank you

Hello, ddrescue is finished for disk4, should I continue the script below? next and this script? can you guide me as I am a newbie, Do I type the script in unraid terminal? and the third script, how do i mount it? restart the unraid or start the array and mount disk4 with unassigned disk devices? or installing UD plugin, and then I still confuse about this guide, what is correct mount point, currently the source drive is /dev/sdb and cloned drive is /dev/sdc thank you for your answer

Sorry to keep posting, i have been thinking, if I unplugged all the drive but the disk3 and new harddrive, can I use unraid as ddrescue, then after finish I rearrange and plug everything back? and start the array? Thank you

I am thinking my option. A. If i just plug 2 new harddrive, what is the risks of losing data, both drive or part of data? and I will just copy manually from both drive into unraid array. B. I'm not good at linux, but i am confident when i learn it step by step (cannot do it on unraid because limitation on storage attach). Because of disk3 is new harddrive, so 1. clone disk3 previously 2TB into new 4TB 2. clone disk4 with new harddrive, 3. plug both into array and let rebuilding again? with smaller data loss compare to point A? Thank you

I am using it from GUI start array at maintenance mode, select disk3, and check file system status.. the quote is the result of the check file system, and fix button showed up

Sorry got caught at work Here is the diagnostic and it is weird, I stopped the array, and disk3 is missing, I select the WD4 (newly and finished rebuilding) and wrong volume and started rebuilding again, and wrong file system/unmountable... tower-diagnostics-20250410-0325.zip
