I have the same issue. 470.x driver version was available even til 7.0.1 but 7.1 forced a plugin upgrade and now my old GPU is not supported. Will an unraid downgrade to 7.0.1 make the old driver version available again in the plugin?

Finally I got it working with this suggestion. Some key takeaways (for my set up) : Mover tuning plugin only work for me if I set BOTH global and share-specific settings. Both set of settings need to match. This has something to do with age based move when set to Auto. When I set it to specific number of days, mover works with Global settings alone.

Thanks for posting the solution @Nightslide I have the same issue with WD elements external HDD. Could you please please elaborate on "get a PC/VM up". I am not able to find any plugin in the Apps by that name?
