  1. Hi there, I'm a bit unsure about the proposed directories to exclude. You mention: Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Cache Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Media Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Metadata Cache I feel safe exluding as it would be a terrible decision of the software developers to put irrecoverable files in a dir called Cache, however, I cannot find any official statement from Plex that it is safe to exclude the Media or Metadata dirs. I'm most interested in Media since it is several hundred gigabytes on my system. What do I actually lose by excluding Media? I think it would be an improvement if you could add a bit of information about that in the main post where exclusions are mentioned! : )
  2. I'm reluctant to upgrade to unRAID 7 because my setup is dependent on having rar2fs on the host. Would love to hear how someone has solved the issue of no nerd pack on unRAID 7 and using rar2fs!
  3. Just wanna chime in and say that I had the exact same problem. I'm on Unraid 6.2.10 with an Ubuntu 24.04 VM. I sat a static IP on the enp1s0 interface after installation which worked just fine, but after adding an Unraid share in the VM settings, it had changed to enp3s0. All I needed to do was to change from enp1s0 to enp3s0 in the netplan config file, if anyones interested `/etc/netplan/01-netcfg.yaml`: network: version: 2 ethernets: enp3s0: dhcp4: no addresses: - 192.168.1.158/24 routes: - to: default via: 192.168.1.1 nameservers: addresses: - 192.168.1.1 - 1.1.1.1
