    Gefixt. Tatsache war es ein Fehler in der Fritz!Box, sie hat die Freigabe wahrscheinlich beim automatischen Update entfernt.

    hab den Fehler gefunden.. die go war das problem.. da war für powertop der Turbo deaktiviert... dann fällt er den Prozessor auf glatt 800MHz

    Kurzes feedback,
     
    nachdem alles nichts gebracht hat und diagnostics wie oben nicht möglich war habe ich als letzte Option mal einen Speichertest gefahren. Hier wurden mir bei Test 4 Fehler angezeigt. Habe nun einen 16GB Riegel aus einem anderem System "geklaut" und bisher läuft es 24h ohne Probleme.
