  1. received an email warning error: stat of /var/log/nginx/*.log failed: No such file or directory Restoring the key backup on the new key, and booting again. Copied the key contents over to another PC so if there is anything I should grab from there, I can do that.
  2. Upgraded the OS to the new version. Bad idea. Now the server won't start. I am guessing that the fact that the boot process happens on the old version of the key means this is not an option.
  3. Nothing new there. My settings were in line. Only key visible in the hard disk selection remains the old USB key
  4. Once parity check is complete, I will check my settings against these https://www.blackmoreops.com/2013/12/28/enable-usb-boot-in-gigabyte-motherboard/

  7. Also, parity check is now under way,, but it shows to have detected the 4 GB key
  8. I have not changed the old key after backing it up and creating the new key by restoring the backup files Sent from my SM-A520F using Tapatalk
  9. Put the old key back at the top of the boot list, left the new key in as well, server started, and I updated the key licence for the new key. Server is now up and running, with two keys in. It's a hack, but I got my server back up and running.
  10. So I moved the key back to the top of the booting order, and low and behold after booting unraid has seen one of the other keys, and used that as flash. I went through the email process to renew the key, got an email but the key did not update, got an error. Removed the old key, and it's still not booting from the new key. Server is now unusable Sent from my SM-A520F using Tapatalk
  11. They do appear during boot, but when I'm looking at the boot sequence in the bios only the old one shows. Sent from my SM-A520F using Tapatalk
  12. https://wiki.unraid.net/UnRAID_6/Changing_The_Flash_Device followed this guide on three different usb keys. when i swap them over and i look in the bios under hard disks, none is recognised. What am i doing wrong
  13. Anyone on this thread? Sent from my SM-A520F using Tapatalk
  14. The only things that remain from that rig were the case, which I bought in 2006, and the flash key! I upgraded all of the hard disks (they were 500Gb ones, had 15 at one point. Now I am down to 10 disks+ parity, and when I run out of space I upgrade the parity (12TB hard disk waiting to pop in this weekend, replacing one of the smaller 2TB) MB, processor, memory, power supply also were upgraded bit by bit, so were the expansion card cards, and the hotswaps (Norco SS500) some pics in this thread...
  15. 514Mb. Got my first unraid key and server when unraid launched.
  16. There is not enough space in the flash, I need an additional 116 MB... Time to buy a new flash key. Any recommendations on a key that works with UnRaid?
  17. "Version 3.5.3.0 A new version of Emby Server is available! Version 4.3.0.30 is now available for download. Please shutdown Emby Server and install the latest version." How do I install the latest version? And how do I backup the current installation so I can restore it if anything goes wrong?
  18. If I do that, the only option is to install. I can see that it tried to download and install the following file (and fails) https://s3.amazonaws.com/dnld.lime-technology.com/next/unRAIDServer-6.8.0-rc7-x86_64.zip Is that the only file?
  19. Ok, I will back up the key and give it a try, where do I find the zip for the rc7?
  20. Running Embyserver docker on the unraid server. When I use the webui, it reports to be version 3.5.3.0. How do I update it to the latest version without losing watched items, library locations, settings etc?
  21. Still on 6.6.6, not enough room on the data key to install the software via the upgrade method. To move to 6.6.6 I - Copied the bz* files across to the key - deleted /config/dynamix.plg - rebooted Will this still work to upgrade to 6.7.2?
  22. Got it, I kept the pre-existing one and updated it via the docker tab. Thanks for replying!
  23. by emby/embyserver Sent from my SM-A520F using Tapatalk
  24. Well, I solved the problem by removing the new version and manually deleting the folder. I think it's because the current Emby docker is not a binex one. How can I find out which variant of the docker it is? Sent from my SM-A520F using Tapatalk
  25. Well, I wish I never did that. My share where all my movies files does not work anymore. The files are still there but the share is broken. I have two different emby dockers, and both of them ask me to configure them like this is the first time I installed unraid. I cannot find the backup to reinstall it. I am not a happy camper.
