  1. Mine definitely does not I've got everything filled out correctly, and it connects to everything else just fine. I'm using Needo's Plex Docker, which I updated (by restarting) to the newest version of Plex today.
  2. Would it be possible to use this fork of HTPC Manager with Sonarr Support https://github.com/Hellowlol/HTPC-Manager with your docker? EDIT: Didn't see it already had it. Thanks Does the Plex connection in HTPC manager work? It doesn't seem to with the latest Plex. Is there a place for an auth token somewhere I'm missing?
  3. I'm pretty sure that's the mot commonly used one. I was just wondering about the docker "seeing" the USB device. So that shouldn't be an issue? In any event, I could use a KVM ubuntu machine and definitely pass in the USB devices. I would think this would be an easier solution.
  4. Is it possible to pass a USB ZWave controller like this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/261954054474?lpid=82&chn=ps to the OpenHAB docker?
  5. you should be editing fstab instead of issuing a mount command.
  6. when doing mine with 9pm the timing is perfect. It persists reboot perfectly.
  7. to my understanding, that's pretty much all you can do. Some type of network mount. I had to add a line in fstab inside my VM, and mount it using 9p.
  8. Well thanks for responding. Are the speed differences that much different that it's worth me changing it? because it works just fine now, with only a single line entry in fstab.
  9. Well jon, to be completely honest, I'm not entirely sure. I figured since the lines were included in the actual creation of the VM, that it was somehow preferable to mount a share in this way rather than over the network. Are there actually no kinds of speed gains or otherwise by using this method as opposed to Samba or NFS?
  10. I spent a good amount of time trying to find exactly what to add to the /etc/fstab file inside of my ubuntu VM to pass through the unRAID share to my VM. Could there possibly be a bit better explanation of what and how to use the "unRAID shares" and "unRAID mount Tag"? I found the answer to my question finally here: http://lime-technology.com/forum/index.php?topic=35858.120 but there is very little mention in the actual manual in the VM section explaining this process. I finally added the correct line to my fstab file, and my share mounted perfectly inside the VM, and works great. I know there is a link in the manual to an explanation of 9p. However, it was not readily apparent that this had anything to do with mounting shares inside of a VM, and most users I think would have a hard time finding exactly what to do what they need. It would be nice for anyone in the future to have this information at hand, from the manual, and see the proper way to do it. Again, it's only a suggestion. It just would have helped make my life a LOT easier, and I hoped others could benefit form it.
  11. I recently stumbled across this program http://www.cis.upenn.edu/~bcpierce/unison/download.html, and an old forum post from unRAID 5 http://lime-technology.com/forum/index.php?topic=1125.0 stating to "put the text-UI executable for GNU/Linux on your flash, e.g., as /boot/unison". I can't find any version of the linux binaries that run on unRAID. Is this still a viable option? Can someone show me which of these binaries will actually run?
  12. I am unable to find a copy that runs on unRAID. Is this still a viable option?
  13. I have a mythbuntu 14.04 KVM running. It's ISO file is loaded from an outside of the array partition /dev/sdj . It is shared as a samba share "mythtv". I can browse to it through the network through my ubuntu KVM file manager. What I am wondering is: what do the lines during KVM creation "unRAID Share" and "unRAID mount tag" mean? I would like for my mythbuntu to be able to mount the share and have it visible inside of the VM for the purposes of storing recordings. I had the lines "unRAID Share" set to /mnt/disks/mythtv (my mythtv share outside of the array" and the "unRAID tag" set to both recordings and /mnt/recordings, hoping I would see the unraid share mounted within my VM already. What are the significance of these lines and is it possible to do what I want to do and mount an unRAID (outside the array) share inside of a KVM? EDIT: I have the "unRAID Share" set to: /mnt/disks/mythtv/recordings and the "unRAID mount tag" set to: shares I have added the line: shares /mnt 9p trans=virtio,version=9p2000.L,noauto,nobootwait,rw 0 0 to /etc/fstab inside of the VM. I then try to sudo mount -a, and sudo mount /mnt and there is still nothing inside of my /mnt folder What am I doing wrong?
  14. I did read that, I just thought there must be some obvious thing I was missing. It would be great to be able to do this through the GUI, but thanks for the quick response. This is a fantastic plugin, no doubt! Thanks for the work. This works REALLY well for the purposes of storing a VM ISO image, and works perfectly for mythtv recording storage formatted to XFS (as stated by mythtuntu as the best filesystem for video storage purposes). It starts right before the VMs and Docker, and stops just after. Wonderful! That would be my only suggestion, some option of creating partitions and formatting (choosing FS, etc) through the GUI would make this perfect. And the ease of use of not having to use the command line (as more of more of unRAID is becoming, YAY!) I'm sure would be welcome to many.
  15. I'm sorry if this is obvious and I'm somehow missing it. I just added and pre-cleared a new 1TB drive that I would like to keep outside of the array. Is there somewhere in this plugin to create and format a new partition? I would like it to just be one XFS partition, and to use it for ISO storage for a mythtv KVM, and for mythtv recordings. Do I still need to stop the array and format it the way you used to in unRAID 5?
  16. There isn't any place that I'd be able to confirm that a certain GPU would passthrough my Mobo anywhere before I order? My mobo reports IOMMU is enabled, nowhere to check that?
  17. I'm looking to run a VM instance of Mythtbuntu to tune 2 HDHomerun Primes.
  18. When I click on the Info button on the unRAID UI main screen, my system reports that it has HVM and IOMMU enabled. Does this mean I am able to pass though a PCI discrete GPU then? I haven't been able to find any definitive answer anywhere If it is indeed a yes, what would be a good small preferably fanless PCI GPU that is most likely to work without issue? This is for a Gigabyte F2A88X-D3H motherboard.
  19. I'll do some research on a discrete fanless GPU. Thanks a ton!
  20. That pretty much sums up my question. I have the equipment below in my sig. and the CPU is an A10 with a Radeon HD 7660D onboard. It is the only display, but the server is headless. I'm sure this is probably a silly question, but wouldn't it just be possible to get into the BIOS etc. if I needed to via a serial connection? Passing the primary GPU to this KVM? I just have little to no experience with this at all, so apologies if this is an entirely misguided or dumb question. Would I be better off trying to passthrough a small PCI card of some type? I haven't really noticed the need for it yet, as this is only an instance of Mythbuntu 12.04 running as a backend only and tuning 2x HDHR Prime's. I wasn't sure if I really started to push this thing and tune a bunch of channels at once, if it would even benefit me in any way to try to passthrough a GPU or just continue emulating one as I have been. Any direction would be greatly appreciated. EDIT: I see in the manual this is not supported. Is this planned for in the future?
  21. Good lord, did someone actually pull off a working mythtv backend in docker and an HDHomerun?! I JUST finished the process of doing a Mythbuntu 14.04 VM, although obviously this would be FAR preferable to all of that. Does this work well with SchedulesDirect and everything as expected? I read above it's working through kodi, which is how my current setup is. Oh THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU.
