So I am little confused. Since each drive is 500gb how can it be mirrored?

So I would like a way to easy copy my backup share on my unRAID server across the local network to my QNAP NAS. I have CA Backup/Restore backing up my FLASH, Appdata and VMs each Sunday. I would like to have unRAID copy this folder to my QNAP so I have a backup. Is there a docker/plug-in that could do this? Or something else to have automatically do this?

So still not sure what is happening. I see only getting 750gb but how does the parity works?

I have 3 Samsung 500gb SSD formatted in btrfs. Here is info from first cache drive: Data, RAID1: total=190.00GiB, used=182.99GiB System, RAID1: total=32.00MiB, used=48.00KiB Metadata, RAID1: total=2.00GiB, used=528.52MiB GlobalReserve, single: total=203.19MiB, used=0.00B So what is happening here? I see space as 750gb. How is this working? Is it protected and if so how?

Well after much testing things out I think it is the PSU. The 2U FSP 700watt in case might be issue. I have a 500watt ATX laying around. I plug it into just the 24pin and it boots fine! So guess need to find a new PSU for this Silverstone RM316 case.

So it booted without cards. Then added them back in one at a time and booted. Now getting stuck at 32. Took all cards out and back to same issue without cards! Driving me nuts!

Sometimes if I turn off power then try it will boot. Has become a HUGE pain in the butt! I am not sure what issue is. Could it be number of PCIE lanes needed? Since CPU is 16. I am not sure what I can do if this is issue? Maybe get a 16i HBA card?

Looking for a 16i HBA card for my server. I think I am running into issues with PCIE lanes with my 2 LSI card now. So looking to buy or trade for a 16i version flashed to IT mode.

Looks like one I had might have died or something. It was a 1 port Chelsio. What are people suggesting for 10gbe now for unRAID?

Also since needed change board was thinking switching the 2 SAS2008 cards was using to pair pcie 3.0 SAS2308 ones. Hope this isn’t an issue.

Good lord hope don’t need backup 72tb of data. Hopefully it’s easy. Never had this type of issues.

So I purchased a Supermicro X11SAT-F-O motherboard. I got this since I wanted to use the NVMe support this board offered. Also I have a new Xeon E3-1275v6 CPU and 64gb of DDR4 ECC ram. From day one I had some issues with the board. Random stuff etc. Then after having Jon from Lime-Tech remote it with me it stopped booting. I would get stuck at dxe--bios pci bus enumeration 90. Jon suggested I pull all the cards etc and try that. Well after hours of testing same thing. Next day it started working again. So now I was thinking something with motherboard. I replaced the board and got same one and same revision. Well same issue. Then after few times it stuck at USB initialization 62. Never gets pass this. So put old one back in and now same issue! So I am going to replace this board with only other I find the has NVMe, Xeon v6 support and enough PCIE slots for my 2 LSI HBA cards and 10gbe NIC. I am ordering an Asus P10S WS. My question is now unRAID. Can I put the USB in a still boot? Also how about all my drives? I had 14 data drives, 2 parity drives, 2 500gb SSD Cache drives and 1 NVMe. I don't want to lose all my data on this 72tb of storage. Also since I can't get server to boot I don't know what the drive assignments are. Please advice me ASAP!

I just installed Ombi v3. I have it pretty much setup. However is there any docs how to customize this? Like mails etc. How remove author donate link or change it? My friends keep clicking wrong one.

So one more question about hardware transcoding. So would adding say a GTX 750 ti or something also work? Say more powerful? Can you use CPU and GPU?
