  1. For sure, it's just a routine maintenance type activity. For a few months I had disabled the parity check tuning plugin to try to expedite the process a bit, but my users were seeing heavy lag while navigating libraries, and other various quirks with plex while the parity check was running. Re-enabled the parity check tuning to run overnight from like midnight to 9am until completed. It also didn't help that in this past July 1st parity check we were in a heat wave and the server was running very hot as it was. Yeah, I'm curious if maybe there's a way to use Tautulli to detect streams, and send a command to Unraid to pause/restart the parity check.

  3. Yeah, that's my current solution, just want to ideally finish the parity check as quickly as possible by running whenever there's no Plex activity. As it stands, it takes almost 2 days with a 14TB and 12TB dual parity.
  4. If I can tack onto this, I'd love if there were a way to pause the parity check when there's Plex activity, and resume when there is no Plex activity. Can anyone think of a way to do this?
  5. This is awesome and I'm super glad you got around to creating this video for everyone. I am however having issues with meetings with more than 2 users when I'm connected from my LAN. As soon as a third user connects, video and audio stop for me, but the rest of the users in the meeting are still able to chat. If I connect from outside of my local network, I can join the meeting. I've checked my jvb docker logs and there's a lot of errors about "INFO: ICE state is FAILED", "INFO: Suspicious ICE connectivity failure. Checks failed but the remote end was able to reach us.", and a few others. I've done some googling and troubleshooting with a friend and we haven't been able to resolve the issue. I tried updating the DOCKER_HOST_ADDRESS to my WAN IP in .env, I tried updating the STUN server to a google one as my friend did, I tried updating the sip-communicator.properties as per this link, and so far nothing has worked to allow me to join a meeting with more than 2 people from my local network. Somewhat defeats the purpose if I can't join meetings from my local network. Anyone else having issues like this?
  6. I absolutely love Unraid for its simplicity. You don't have to be an experienced Linux person to get up and running and create the media server you've always wanted. The forums are super helpful if you do run into trouble. I've never regretted going Unraid back in 2016 to replace my windows 8.1 storage spaces.

  8. Since the most recent update, I can't access the daemon. Tried restarting the container to no avail. Will also be rolling back.
  9. Since upgrading to 6.5.2, the past 2 nights I've had to deal with unclean shutdowns in the middle of the night. I'm a relative noob when it comes to this stuff, but I've grabbed the diagnostics and hopefully, someone is able to help me out. falkor-diagnostics-20180523-0726.zip
  10. I'm having an issue with Deluge and I'm not sure where the issue might lie... also, please pardon me if my terminology isn't quite right. I'm using the AutoAdd plugin through ThinClient to monitor the watchfolder for CouchPotato. Everything works great, except that Deluge seems to be copying the file from the "Download Location" to the "Completed Location" then deleting it from the Download Location instead of simply moving it. Is this a result of using the AutoAdd plugin through ThinClient? The main issue this is causing is that CP is monitoring the Completed Location and will usually grab the file before it's fully completed moving.
  11. I think I've resolved the issue. Was using an absolute path to the downloads directory instead of the configured "downloads" directory. Everything looks good now!
  12. sniper it's very helpful if you post a bit more detail about what you've already tried as it's a bit difficult to help someone if that's all they post. The more detail you put in the less work we have to do, don't forget we're all unpaid volunteers here. Imagine taking your car to a mechanic and saying "It doesn't work" Would you expect him to be able to tell you what was wrong? Just tested it and it works for me on a new setup of both First do this. Then edit your deluge preferences to allow remote connections. Then input the details in couch potato. user password unraid-ip-address:58846 Thanks CHBMB It did work Before i did edit deluge auth file with Did not work With your line it does work Thanks a lot sniper, I believe the intent of "<admin username>:<admin password>:10" is that you replace those lines with something more appropriate for your setup. I'm guessing the reason it worked this time is because you put "admin:password:10" in the auth file. Replacing these with hello:world:10 would also work just as well, where "hello" would be the username, and "world" would be the password. Glad you got it connected though!
  13. Oh, I was referencing the second reply to this thread! Thought that was somehow related... I'll post tonight when I get home and can post better screenshots.
  14. My docker config is attached. The config is in /mnt/user/appdata.
  15. Logs? config? Which logs and config do you need? I checked deluged.log but it's not telling me anything. 16. Was the "permission denied" error ever resolved? I have just started working on this, and as a noobie to both unraid and dockers, I'm at a bit of a loss on how to resolve the issue. I'm able to get CP to talk to Deluge and send it torrents, but despite the directory having 777, it still gives me an error that Permission is denied.
