  1. No problem, nice if it all works now. Sorry but i'm not really familar with 7DtD but if it will be an public available update it will also update the dockers if you restart them. If it's a beta release you have to specify it at the AppID but im not sure how this works for 7DtD but i think it must be something like this: '294420 -beta latest_experimental' and also don't forget to set 'Validate' to 'true' if you update to experimental builds.
  2. Docker finished, should be available in the next few hours in the CA.
  3. Stop the docker, click on terminal on the upper right corner of the unraid gui (not om the cointainer!!!), type: 'nano /mnt/user/appdata/factorio/server-settings.json (the path depends on your folder structure), make your changes im the file, press CTRL+X, press y, press Return, start the docker again. Or reffer to this topic: You can get the 'config file editor' from the Community Apps.
  4. Please try to edit it directly on the server with nano and the terminal window, eventually this makes a difference, also please delete all of the files and the docker itself. A fresh start is always the best.
  5. Try to set it to lan only and restart the container and see if it makes a difference.
  6. Yep, that's why you couldn't see the server, the username is not entered correctly and the server is stuck (in other words it couldn't start because it's failing to read line 70 in the server-settings.json - this is the username line i think in your case)
  7. Have you set it to online or offline mode? Also did you specify your factorio.com login details in the file if you set it to online mode? If you set it to online mode you must provide another name like the name you're connecting with, please look at the factorio forums how that works since im not familar with that.
  8. Under Advanced settings you have to change the GAME_PORT to 11754 and you must delete the TCP - Game Port and create a new port with the container port 11753 and unraid port 11754 (like the discription of the TCP - Game Port says than it should just work fine, also change your config file to 11754. This doesn't work if you forward the port 11753 to 11754 through docker If you put 11754 under GAME_PORT the game would start with port 11754 exposed but the docker would translate port 11753 from the docker to 11754 to unraid since the game is running on port 11753 (from your config file) it could not connect to this port inside the docker, if this makes sense to you.
  9. Then your ports are not reachable from 'outside' go to: https://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/ enter you public ip and the adresses that are forwarded if they are reachable. That sounds only like a portforwarding issue. You can send me your public ip in a PM and i will try to connect to the ports.
  10. Have you created a server token for App ID 242760 and put in like in the discription of the docker (The App ID for the created token must be from The Forest -> 242760)? You can also check the page: https://steamcommunity.com/dev/managegameserver and look at the 'last login' section, if the container was able to connect to steam. Also this looks not like the end of the log (btw the best way to post logfiles here is to create a textfile and copy all text from the log into it, save it, and then insert it here into the post). Have you changed any port or config? Wich network mode are you using (You can also check here on this site if the ports are really available from outside, just enter your public internet ip adress and the port)? Look at this post it shows what it sould say if it can connect to steam:
  11. You've installed the wrong app id. The Forest dedicated server has app id 556450 and not 242760 <- is The Forest. Please delete the docker and the directory completely and reinstall it from the Community Apps. I think you've understand the post with the steamtoken wrong.
  12. I'm struggeling a bit to install the extension 'PlatformIO IDE' from the extensions menu, is this a known problem or am i doing something wrong (the PlatformIO Toolbar doesn't show up and i simply can't use it)?
  13. Did you run the docker on the array? If you do so i strongly recommend you to run it from the cache!
  14. Is the workshop collection publicly available? Head over to: https://wiki.garrysmod.com/page/Workshop_for_Dedicated_Servers for a complete tutorial. Eventually someone else can help you out, i don't play Garry's Mod. This is just a normal warning and shows up on every start of the docker since we are using wine64 bit. The server can't find 'TheForestDedicatedServer.exe' is it still im the root of you gamefolder? I would recommend to set the validiation to 'true' seems like there are some gamefiles missing.
  15. From my research this is only a GUI where you can manage your gameservers or am i wrong (and nodes,...)? EDIT: But i think you can use my startup scripts from my dockers. I don't know this panel since i'm happy with Unraid. Glad to hear that it works, most of the times it's a port forwarding issue.
  16. @lionel.pereira85 First of all this Docker need no username and password provided to download the files for The Forest. It's based on the APP ID: 556450 see here: *click* The Docker works just fine, but please note that you must generate a token for APP ID: '242760' <- this is The Forest (not for APP ID: '556450' <- this is The Forest Dedicated Server) - allready updated the Template with this info - and you must open all the ports that are set in the docker in your router/firewall both TCP and UDP. Then the log should look like this if it can connect to steam: If the game can't connect to steam there will be an error in the line where it says above 'Connection to Steam successfully' And finaly you can join ingame:
  17. I will take a look into that when i got home. But it should work fine if you forward all the ports from the container TCP/UDP in your router/firewall. Please note that this container is BETA since it's running WINE it's a little buggy but should work fine.
  18. @charlespick can you try to install the minecraft docker to your cache drive i think i've got a similar problem a few post bevore (i think it had something to do with the filesystem). Before that you can try to download this .jar *click* and place it in your main directory of the server. Have you tried to delete the docker and the folder of the docker on your server completely and install it again?
  19. He want's your factorio username and password. Please create one and you can connect. You also can configure the server that it is LAN only. Please see the 20th page of this thread.
