  1. Hi guys, How would I get this to work with sonarr in an undraid&docker environment? https://github.com/l3uddz/sonarrAnnounced (It notifies sonarr in case of an upload based on the IRC announce, so it doesn't have to wait until a next rss sync, which could be 10 minutes away. Yeah first world problem, but on some private trackers if you miss the upload by 5-10 miutes, you will never seed the torrent until 1.0, cos by that time, every server seeder has it.) Would it require a seperate docker, if so, is there a place where i could request it? Can i 'hack' into the normal sonarr docker, or how it would work? Thanks!
  2. Absolutely impossible to say as you haven't posted your config. There's also an external storage plugin for it that can mount smb shares as well. Nextcloud is an Enterprise project more so than a photo-sharing or small project thing. not sure where i can find the command line which started the docker. I installed it from CA. However, i didn't do anything extra, pretty much running the default settings. for the \data parameter i linked my mnt/user/Media Share, which has several folders, none of which is visible in NC. If i create a new folder on the web, i can see it in the share not sure if it helps thanks anyway! The idea is more like this, you create a data share for your Nextcloud content. Stuff on your array you share (if you so desire) by using the external storage plugin. Mount the folder you want to share as /media = /mnt/user/media Then create a local share with the aforementioned plugin. Thanks, external plug-in is all I need. My next question is about security. it defaults to SSL, but it's not signed (red) It only means it is not signed by an authorized (safe) third party, only by my server? So the data is still encrypted, but it is encrypred by my ("untruested") server, so it is still safe against Man in the middle type attacks, right? I shared one of my big shares via external share, and i can't even set it up, that even my account can't delete files. It just feels unsecure for some reason. My use case is share a few files for a limited time with friends via "public read only links", but my "admin account still has read write access to my whole share on a web accessable service. My password is ok, but in your opinion is this setup considered safe? ohh, one more thing. If i give modify right to a user, he/she deletes a file, the file is moved to appdata, which is on cache, so not a very good setup. can i disable this restore deleted files function? thanks

  4. Hello Can i share files from an unraid share/folder over the web with this docker? I installed it, and it didn't show any folders in the linked unraid location, only the folders i have uploaded. For example: deluge downloads to \torrent can i have a "web view" of the torrent folder, or even share files/subfolders individually with a link? thanks it seems NC is pretty cool, but it's for photo sharing, or small project collaborations.
  5. thx for the info, IP is even better
  6. Isn't this a christmas miracle? ) woo-hoo The new experimental server version , PMS now supports intel quick sync for transcodes. Intel HD 4000 for example can do 40Mbit/s H264. I hope it can do for example 5 times 8Mbit 1080p streams. that would be sick from a 30W intel cpu. If in a few months this feature will be merged to the main release, and will be part of this docker, do you think it will work in this enviroment? I don't know ANYTHING about dockers, or how it works. Can it "see" the iGPU? Does it have direct access to it? If not, do you think it can be configured? Another sidenote: Plex will soon have DVR features as well. Can dockers "see"/have direct access to an USB device? Or if i want these features, I'll need a VM for it. thanks! edit: In the Plex forums a Plex employee mentioned: "Docker support will be available soon, once it's been through internal testing and the installation and configuration mechanisms are documented." that's even better news now! )
  7. thanks, but how would that work? i found something, about cron jobs (no idea what it is), and if i put it in the right plug-in folder, it will run it on start-up, but still no fix schedule. what would be the easiest way to run 1 python script weekly? can you point me to the right directon? thanks!
  8. Yes, it doesn't have this feature by default, but can it run other python scripts?
  9. Hello, I'd like to delete watched episodes from one of my libraries. When i google this, it always leads me to a python script in the plex forums. I don't really know python, or any of this. Even though i guess the whole plexwatch thing is just a python script, which watches the plex logs. whatever, so my question is this: Can I use these remove watched episodes scripts with plexpy somehow? how would i set up the schedule for example? is there any guide or smoething where i can start? thanks Thank you
  10. wow, it worked, thank you very much the error was, I didn't modify the auth file. I thought that when i logged in to the webui and changed the password, it would work for the remote daemon as well. And when i tried to connect from windows, it gave me red status, even though the IP:port was OK, but obv. the user name is not. It seemed reasonable, if the IP:port is valid, it shpuld at least give me a green server status, but the red lamp didn't mean unreachable client i guess, it meant I just can't connect, cos of the auth. error. Sidenote: In windows, though samba, i couldn't edit the auth file, even when the docker was stopped. I didn't have access. I opened it with unraid webgui, copied it's 1 line, made a new file with UNIX type in notepad++, and just added my extra line. deleted the old one, and copied my new one there. (I don't know what is the logic/reason behind locking down a file, that i can't modify it, but i can just delete it. Whatever THANK YOU VERY MUCH!, it works great now. I could add the RSS plugin, and ITconfig, so i can finally disable utp connections
  11. Can anyone tell me how can i connect my windows PC to the headless deluge client not using the webui? I think there is some GTKI or something? Is this the windows application joining to the linux daemon? any idea why my windows install doesn't see it? can you tell me the version which is running in this linuxserver docker? remote connection is authorized in the webui. thank you!
  12. I'm in the same boat. YARSS2 is not compatible with webui btw, that's why you can't add it in the Settings. I think you need to connect through the desktop app, but i never managed to do that. I write in the right IP and port, even allow remote connections in the webui, but it never connects... I need the connect to the daemon to set up RSS, and other under the hood config settings (disable uTP for example). the webui is very limited, so... any idea?
