  1. Thanks for your help, diagnostics attached. Since the first post the best advice I could find was to re-connect the drives one by one, so I did that. I am now running a parity check and one of the disks that disconnected (Disk 8 ) has 1710 errors. The parity check is also showing 849 sync errors. xeus-diagnostics-20210405-1843.zip
  2. Hi all, In the last week or so I've had two discs become disabled (thankfully I have dual parity). Prior to this in the last year I had regular parity errors but being a covid healthcare worker things have been too busy to give it any energy. I put the parity errors down to PCIE SATA cards that had vibrated themselves out of their sockets (initially this caused trillions of read errors). Then I read that SATA cards are not recommended, so I got an LSI 9200-8i card, hoping this would fix things, replacing all SATA cables. But some errors continued. I recently moved the unRAID computer and then a disc became disabled, so I thought maybe the move had jiggled a cable free or something. I woke up this morning and a second disc was disabled, so I shut it down, took the computer apart and put it back together, reseating the RAM just in case. I'm not sure what to do from here, how I can see if the discs are still okay to use, and if so how I can re-connect them. And hopefully not get parity errors in the future. I guess I might just need to burn the server to the ground. Help much appreciated.
  3. Does anyone have (or is anyone willing to write) a full, from-the-beginning guide for getting Intel QuickSync to work in Unmanic? Not sure if I need one of those HDMI pretend dongle things, what I need to do to unRAID, what I need to do to the container settings, what I need to do within Unmanic's settings itself. Help would be much appreciated, it looks like it would be worth it. Also how many workers do you have running, and does it use up any of the actual processing power of your CPU? Or are the QuickSync cores completely different?
  4. I just updated to the latest version of this container and more than half of my 'on deck' shows are not showing on deck. On top of this, one series had a first episode of a new season come out today and Plex didn't put it on the deck. I have tried changing the number of weeks on deck shows - my standard is 999, but I tried 0,1,52,99999. Even at 99999 it doesn't show all of them. Does anyone have any ideas? On deck is great for not missing shows.
  5. Ah I see, thanks very much that seems to have worked.
  6. Sorry for being dense, but do you mean run xfs_repair without -n, or run the filesystem check again but without -n ?
  7. Thanks for your reply - I ran the check and got the output attached, it doesn't seem very clear to me but I'm guessing it means I need to use xfs repair on it? From reading the wiki it looks like the command I need is "xfs_repair -v /dev/sdm" does that seem correct to you?
  8. Hi all, After a reboot, Disk 8 of my array says "unmountable: no file system". To my knowledge there haven't been any errors on the drive and I believe it is my newest drive, only a few months old. Does anyone have any ideas? xeus-diagnostics-20200926-0950.zip
  9. Is there any way to do this automatically or do you have to manually go through all movies one by one?
  10. Problem: radarr keeps replacing transcoded films. From radarr's history, it looks like radarr is noticing when unmanic deletes the old version of the film but does not rescan the folder to see that the h265 version is in there so thinks it still needs downloading. It also does not see the quality (shows as unknown if manual rescan is done) so presumably any download is an upgrade in quality compared to the unmanic transcode. I think one of these things is behind radarr redownloading the old version of the film, which of course renders unmanic useless. Has anyone else noticed this or figured out a way to work around it? I haven't noticed this happening with sonarr yet but unmanic has mostly been transcoding films so far.
  11. Woah, this solved all my problems. Thanks!
  12. I'm having this problem too. Reducing number of pinned cores doesn't seem to affect this, nor does reducing priority. I've tried Safari and Firefox.
  13. I've got PMP installed and working other than the audio, which is stuttering and looping. In Windows I fixed this with an MSI interrupt fix, is that possible on this embedded VM?
  14. My resilio docker has been asking me for a username and password for the last week or so... does anyone know how to turn this off? I haven't set a username or password to my knowledge. Log attached, there seems to be a lot of red there but I have no idea what it means. (Secondary goal - is it possible for resilio to backup my phone camera without creating 500 empty folders?) resilio log.rtf
  15. Hi all I followed Spaceinvader One's great guide for getting rid of 'demonic' sound in Windows 10, but I also have an Nvidia GPU as the HDMI output for a VM with Plex Home Theatre embedded version on it. And of course, it's totally unusable due to the stuttering/looping/awful audio. Does anyone know how I'd go about fixing the audio problem in an embedded OS? I'm pretty new to this so I don't know where to start.
