Hi all, I can see this error in "Fix Common Problems"; Machine Check Events detected on your server.. Just installed the mcelog, how to output the log? If it's from "System Log" will the above report will be included or i have to run something before exporting it.

I'm on 6.7.2 using 2 SSDs (500gb each) - cache pool, but the space will run out soon. If I add 1 more 500gb will it increase the space to 1tb? what about 4th 500gb .. Not sure if it's better to get 1-2*500gb or 2*1TB

how to make auto-copy after finishing a download plz? used to windows vm (robocopy "%R" "/***%N") which does the magic .. However, robocopy is windows tool? so in unraid what can i use ??

Thanks all !! got it fixed already !! i did exactly what Squid said; 1- since i have the parity details & half of the drives .. i installed them along with the rest 2- was able to open the shares (and copied the flash backup) to the USB itself 3- rebooted .. reinstalled the key and it worked !! I have to figure a way now to install my new Rams ...

thanx .. i'll try this now well the real issue wasn't the electricity i didn't want to say ... "this was my mistake .. i installed many parts same time :(" I started the server few months back with Ram 8gb*4 & for data 8tb*6 + 6tb*6 i don't like seeing its almost complete .. so i installed 4 new 8TB I believe the issue was from the Rams .. i over did it .. I installed 8gb*8 new = 64gb new .. the server couldn't boot and kept rebooting 7-10 times then i unmounted all the rams

1- no - just a copy of the config folder (2 months old) got the cashe & 2 parity ONLY - for sure (that includes the drives full name) .. i changed the rest 2- no .. since the power switched off - no email

Hi there ... I believe my Unraid USB got damaged because of the electricity closed and came back several times ... and now it won't even get recognized from windows !! I believe i have 2 options here .. either to start from scratch (i'm afraid to lose share/drives/app data The other option .. I'm sure I used "CA Backup Restore Plugin" and it should have the Flash backup on one of the drives (i have 10+) is there a way to open the unraid using a new flash (fresh setup) then find the drive and copy the data? or this will mess the parity .. better to unplug them and plug into windows to find the folder? please ..

Hi there, First time to use Unraid, please tell me the best options to use as i'm still noob Got 8tb*4 (new) + 6TB*4 (old - 2 seems to have health issues) + SSD 500gb*2 (new) Currently .. 2 8tb as Parity the rest for Data & Mainly it'll be for plex and its related apps (might use for torrent also unassigned drive) 1- Is it better to keep 1 Parity 8tb only? If 1 Parity protects 1 drive failure then I'm afraid lol 2- Having WD 6tb with error such as (Reallocated sector count = Raw value; 524 & Type;pree-fail) better to keep it in unassigned ? 3- Since i have 2 SSDs, keep both for Cashe? I need them for plex docker (data/images) & transcoding ...... 4- Best plex docker? from plex/linuxserver/binhex ... Thanx !!
