Might be bit late but just in case somebody else sees this post like I did. In my case it seems like the /config/www/nextcloud/config/config.php reverted back to an older version and that is why the update shows for an old version even though a newer version is already installed. I manually updated the current version to what is actually installed and I was then able to run the updater from there and continue forward.

I have a stupid question for anybody that knows. While running this plugin I saw that part of the things it says it's doing in the status is checking writing to disks. Does this include unassigned drives outside the array? I am/was in the middle of the post read cycle of a preclear and I'm curious if that might mess things up for me.

For some reason the latest update breaks itConfig plugin. I had to downgrade to 2.0.3-1-08 in order to get it working again.
