  1. Thanks guys.. unfortunately can only mark one answer as the solution!
  2. Got there in the end. Had to copy the files from the flash and then use Upload to get them onto the internal boot…
  3. I can’t figure out how to copy my templates to the Internal Boot folders.
  4. Oh.. I thought it used the docker.img. So I’m now booting internally, and I still have the original flash drive. Can I copy the templates over to somewhere?
  5. Sorted the license and copied docker/vm files across. Starting docker shows no containers though, so what am I missing?
  6. I have it running and booting from internal SSD. How do I transfer my license and get the dockers etc from the SSD that is now an unassigned device?
  7. So booting from a fresh USB presents me with the onboarding wizard. Can I use this now to fix the install since I was going to move to internal boot anyway?
  8. Oh I see what you mean.. will give it a go, but I presume it’s a config issue because the wizard ran the first time.
  9. I’d have to buy a new flash drive to do that. What about leaving it as it is until the next Unraid release? It is at least working at the moment, but I don’t have redundancy on my cache drive. Not a huge deal as I will back up the configs from my docker containers.
  10. Yes I rebooted afterwards. Using iPad Pro originally, just switched to a Windows Laptop and same problem. Does exactly the same in safe mode!
  11. I just realised also that Secure Boot was on in the BIOS. Have disabled it now. Just need to get the wizard to run!
  12. Video of what it does. IMG_0572.mov
  13. I uninstalled the Connect plugin. I only installed that today for the first time when I couldn’t boot to see if it would help. It’s made no difference though, wizard still won’t run. Can’t see anything in the log file either. Any way to “reset” the wizard?
  14. When I press the Show Onboarding Wizard button, it’s like the page refreshes, but nothing actually happens. Occasionally the wizard will very briefly “flash” on the screen , but not actually launch. More often than not it just looks to do a page refresh.
  15. I already had rebooted.. the wizard still wouldn’t run
  16. Disk /dev/nvme0n1: 931.51 GiB, 1000204886016 bytes, 1953525168 sectors Disk model: CT1000P3PSSD8 Units: sectors of 1 * 512 = 512 bytes Sector size (logical/physical): 512 bytes / 512 bytes I/O size (minimum/optimal): 512 bytes / 512 bytes
  17. Ok, have a new config and the original boot drive is in unassigned devices. However Onboarding Wizard still won’t run. I tried running the blkdiscard command again on it, but the wizard still does nothing. Doesn’t even bring up the UI for it. I suspect that the wizard thinks it is already set up. No idea what to change so that it will run again.
  18. There is no option to set the pool to 0 slots.. only 1 upwards.. Also it won’t let me start the array with the drive unassigned. Remove pool is also greyed out.
  19. Attached! unraid-diagnostics-20260326-1105.zip
  20. I have it back up and running but it will only boot from USB. I get this notification : Unraid Booted from USB Device26 Mar at 10:35 Internal Boot AvailableThis system supports internal boot, but Unraid is currently running from a USB flash device. Please change your boot order via your motherboard BIOS. And I now have only 1 SSD in the cache obviously. No idea how to fix now so that I can use internal boot because the Onboarding Wizard no longer works. Changing boot order in BIOS results in the missing bzimage error etc..
  21. I got back in by changing boot order to USB. But now I have this and can’t get into the Onboarding Wizard, it just doesn’t open.
  22. Well something went wrong.. Any way to fix this?
  23. It’s a mirrored ZFS pool, will that still work?
  24. I have an unusual setup, because I don’t have an array. I have 2 cache drives in a pool (basically mirrored I think) and I use SMB on a UNAS PRO as my storage. I watched SpaceInvader One’s video about migrating to internal boot, but I have no options to use the mover etc. As I have a cache which is a 2 SSD pool, is there a way to separate it temporarily or something, reformat one and then copy the data back from the other and then add the drive back into the pool? Or maybe add a USB drive as an unassigned device and copy the data to that? Just don’t want to lose my Unraid config because all the apps have been fine tuned over time.
  25. Or even just copy it to the unassigned device, format cache drive as zfs and then move it back. Would be faster. Just need to know if there is any reason that it would not work.
