  1. I got the same situation, is there a resolution for it ?
  2. Hello, I ssh into my unraid I got following root@unraid:~# ps aux | grep libvirtwol root 2085 0.0 0.0 3912 2140 pts/6 S+ 23:37 0:00 grep libvirtwol but for running root@unraid:~# /usr/share/libvirt-python-env/bin/python /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/libvirtwol/scripts/libvirtwol.py br0 It returned nothing, and I could only see the cursor is waiting. After I checked the status, it shows running and even I set it to no, it's still running. After I closed my ssh session, it's stopped again and I didn't get any message. Thanks for your reply. I finally figured it out. As you said, the plugin seem monitor the br0 as default one and I was using another br0.10 (I have several vlan). After I made the vm default network to br0, the status shows correctly in web gui. And your plugin works well if I set vm client network to br0 as NIC. But the issue is that all my vm are running in br0.10, and if I set the vm default network to br0.10, your plugin will never start from web gui.
  3. I am using unraid 6.8, and status for "Libvirt wake on lan" always shows stopped. I have installed python2 in nerd and nothing shows in log /var/log/libvirt/libvirtwakeonlan.log it's empty. execute /etc/rc.d/rc.libvirtwol start/stop without error
  4. one thing you like most about Unraid — It’s so easy to manage vm and docker one thing you'd like to see added to the OS in 2020 — Add snapshot for VM.
  5. I think I figured it out. To make vm and docker talkable, I need to assgin an unraid IP for vlan10.
  6. I am using 192.168.6.6/24 as untag and setting other vlan with no IP for unraid network. If I use different network mode for docker containers, they will not see each other. Is it normal behavior? Is there a way to let them talk if I set one as bridge mode (mapped as 172.x.x.x:1234—192.168.6.6:1234)and another as br0(192.168.6.66:5678)?
  7. My unraid networking is like 192.168.6.6/24 untag and set vlan10 without setting an IP. For docker, I am using bridge mode, so dockers are mapping with 192.168.6.6:xxxx. For vm, I installed windows2012 with br.10, and it gets IP as 192.168.10.10, the server can open any webpage including unraid unraid webui. However, I found my laptop(192168.10.11) with vlan10 can open dockers web pages but not for the vm win2012(192.168.10.10), it keeps connecting. Till I let windows2012 use br0, it can open dockers web pages. Is that normal? Is there a way to let it work even when I use br.10?
  8. I have another question about vlan config. As I have many docker containers running, and I don't want each containers has different IP address. If I add vlan10 for unraid itself and give its ip 192.168.6.10, is it possible to let container to bind/listen the bridge to 192.168.6.10. If I select the default setting(bridge, not custom:br0.10), will it work?
  9. Thank you. Can you tell me how to set a delay, I didn't find the option
  10. Is there a way to fix ip address for docker when I use bridge (not br0) ? When I was using docker compose, it can be set in config file , I don't know how to make it happen in Unraid UI
  11. I am new to Unraid. In webui, how can I set depends on [some container], e.g, I have a container which needs to talk to another one(mariadb).
  12. I’m new to unraid. I was using docker compose in other Linux machine and I can use “depends on” to link other containers like “mariadb”. But for unraid, I can’t find an option for that. Can some one help? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
