I noticed reading the support topic to get a diagnostic log from the system. However, I have tried to get one two times now and after clicking download it says please wait collecting information this may take several minutes. The first time I waited almost 2 hours and nothing downloaded, However the little lines are still moving on the page. So I tried again, I'm now at 3 hours and still nothing.
