crusemm
I receive the following error "Invalid folder Transcode contained within /mnt". If I reboot the server it will clear for a while, then reappear as an error in the "Fix Common Problems" Plugin. Quote Link to comment
itimpi
This almost certainly means you have a docker container with a disk mapping to this location. Quote Link to comment
crusemm
How do I fix this? Quote Link to comment
itimpi
Find the container and fix the mapping From the name it is likely to be Plex or something similar. Quote Link to comment
crusemm
Thanks, I'll look into it Quote Link to comment
crusemm
I can see that Host Path 2 (Container Path: /transcode) points to /mnt . Where is it supposed to point? Quote Link to comment
crusemm
Based on this tuorial I set it to point to /tmp. We'll see if that works Quote Link to comment

It is supposed to point to wherever you want file transcodes to take place. Common options are /tmp (RAM), /{path to a folder on the cache SSD or unassigned device SSD), /{path to a transcode folder in the Plex appdata folder), etc. /mnt is definitely not where you want it to point. crusemm
So, I edited to /tmp. stopped the application, rebooted the array, and now plex has a server error. Now, how do I fix this? Quote Link to comment
crusemm
I removed the docker and reinstalled it. Same error Quote Link to comment
crusemm
Solved. Removed the dev/dri path and it works now Quote Link to comment

crusemm
Thanks, I will look into that tonight. Would that be a folder I have to create? Quote Link to comment
