Good evening

I recently bought a dvbt card for tv headend. Now this carat is not displayed correctly or not at all. Does anyone have an idea how to install the drivers or what I can do so that the card is displayed in the tv headend?

Da habe ich wohl was verwechselt, also das DVB Plugin habe ich noch nicht Installiert, ich mache es gleich und melde mich dann zurück.

Du musst die 6.9.0 RC2 installieren, den server rebooten und danach das plugin installieren.

Im Plugin Support unterforum gibts einen hilfethread.

OK, jetzt habe ich das Plugin installiert. was ist genau mit (The Plugin tries to detect the correct Kernel Modules and load them at system start, but for some DVB cards it is necessary that you add a line to your '/boot/config/go' file like 'modprobe MODULENAME' and save the file.
Replace MODULENAME by the Kernel Module that is needed for your card to initalize correctly, after that reboot the server.) gemeint?

Wird deine Karte im Plugin angezeigt? Bitte vergiss nicht nach der installation des Plugins Unraid neuzustarten.

Welche Karte hast du?

 

EDIT: Das Plugin versucht das/die Kernel Module zu laden bei manchen Karten muss das aber manuell gemacht werden (ist bei ganz wenigen der Fall).

Bitte lies dir auch durch wie du die Karte dann in TVheadend angezeigt bekommst.

Meine Karte (DVB-S/DVB-S2 HDTV PCI-Karte TECHNISAT SkyStar S2, bulk) wird nicht angezeigt, ich habe meinen Server nach der Installation neu gestartet.

Hmm, ich würde das nicht im Unraid Server machen, da haste nur Probleme.

 

Ich habe das so gelöst. Ich habe einen kleinen Debian Buster TVHeadend SAT2IP Server mit 3x Digital-Devices MaxS8 installiert. Der leitet alles weiter. In Unraid habe ich einen TVHeadend mit NVIDIA Transcoding Unterstützung installiert, der auf die 24 Tuner im SAT2IP Server zugreift. Damit funzt das richtig gut.

 

Btw, die Technisat SkyStar S2 ist auch schon einwenig in die Jahre gekommen... Gibts da noch aktuelle Kernelmodule?
