Support of qdisc modules for add bandwidth limit for VM

It would be good to add support for qdisc modules to have the posibility to limit the bandwidth of vm and virsh network.

 

For now if we try to add the bandwith limit we have this error :

  

Error: Specified qdisc not found.

    Further info here: 

     

    looks like needs kernel module CONFIG_NET_SCH_HTB maybe others.
