Ronald Nutter
Trying to install different versions of Windows as a VM on my Unraid server. I have tried 3 different versions of Windows with no luck I have tried all of the different drive interface types with no luck i have tried two different versions of the VirtualIO ISO with no luck. I can install Linux as a VM without any problems. It has to be something I am not doing right from the windows side that is the problem. I am used to working with VMware, so creating a VM is something I am familiar with. Would appreciate any suggestsions on what to look at. Ron Quote Link to comment

Ron Are you doing the custom install and loading the storage driver for the disks from the virtio cd? https://forums.unraid.net/topic/51703-vm-faq/?tab=comments#comment-510385 Edited August 11, 2021 by SimonF Quote Link to comment
