0plus6
All working as should until I add a Z Wave USB and pass through to Home Assistant VM. After some time I am signed out and get a "missing key file" error. If I try and sign back in I get error "Failed to receive latest server info after successful key install. Please close this pop-up and refresh the webGUI." What am I missing? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you Unraid OS Pro Version 6.9.2 Quote Link to comment

Can you post diagnostics Edited January 15, 2022 by SimonF Quote Link to comment
0plus6
I had to remove the Z Wave USB and reboot. Luckily everything came back up. I will plug it back in and grab the diagnostics once it errors out again. Additional: My flash boot device shows as it should in the main tab but when viewing files, there are no files. It does show size, used and free sizes unchanged however. Thank you Quote Link to comment

itimpi
It looks as though your flash drive has dropped offline. Quote Link to comment
0plus6
This has happened with 2 different Boot Devices. I thought the first was failing so I swapped out for a new and it keeps happening every time I add a Z Wave USB device. I've tried the Zooz and Aeotec. Both having the same effects. May be a power issue on the ports, ZWave taking to much. See ifconnecting into a different bus has the same effect.
