Do you have the movies directory directly (Movies\Rambo\Rambo.mkv) or some other organisation inbetween (Movies\4k\Rambo\Rambo.mkv) ? Quote Link to comment

I have the movies directory directly...i.e. the first one you wrote down. and split level is set at split only the top level directory which is why I would think it would move on to the next disk when writing a new movie. Have you checked Settings -> Global Share Settings to make sure that you have not applied a limit there? Since you did not provide your system's diagnostics we cannot check this.
