takkischitt
I just wanted to check, as the post I found is a few years old now - Does the cache pool have to be BTRFS or can it be xfs? When I added my first cache pool drive it automatically set up as xfs. Now that I'm adding a second, will I need to move everything off it, change the files system to BTRFS, set the shares to use the cache again, then add the 2nd cache drive? All my other drives in the array are xfs, do they need to be changed to BTRFS also if the cache drives are BTRFS? Quote Link to comment
JorgeB
Single device cache can be xfs or btrfs, multi device btrfs only. Quote Link to comment
