Can you check if my HBA died? [Solved]

All the drives connected to this HBA stopped showing up on unraid. When I connected these drives to the SATA ports on the motherboard they showed up. No LSI HBA detected, make sure it's well seated or try a different PCIe slot if available.

I tried reseating the card and tried different PCIe slots as well but no luck. Where in the diagnostics does it indicate that the LSI HBA is detected?

You can just go to Tools -> System Devices and search for "LSI", e.g.:

Then it's likely dead, you can try it in a different PC to confirm if you have one.

I do not have another PC to to plug it into. Can you tell me where in the diagnostics.zip the LSI is mentioned? 

Do you think LSI SAS 9210-8i is a good replacement for the card?

It's only mentioned if one is detected, in your case it isn't, if it was it would visible in the syslog and lspci.txt, also in the GUI like mentioned.
