[6.10.1] Network speed limited to 100mbps from within docker containers

As title suggests. I'm running several docker containers and recently noticed that my nzb's are only downloading at 10-11MB/s (previously - 40-45 as my broadband speeds) . Ran a few speedtests from within random docker containers - they're all maxing out at 100mbps (WAN and LAN). 

I have upgraded to 6.10.1, however I'm not sure whether the issue started before or after.

 

Where do i start ?

Edit - the issue affects the whole system. It is all limited to 100mbps, not just dockers. Possibly issues with new version of unraid and ethernet drivers ? I'm running Unraid on Microserver Gen8.

Not that but there are some serious known issues with the onboard NICs if you have a Xeon and VT-d is enable, so careful with that.

I suppose downgrading back to 6.9 would make sense? Do you think the speed issue can be related (even though you said 'not that') ?

Low lan speed is not known as a problem, but most users usually see other more serious errors soon so not really time to test, it might also be related, if you need VT-d you should go back to 6.9.2 for now, note that VT-x is still OK, you can run VMs just not pass-trough any hardware without VT-d.

Just downgraded back to 6.9.2 and the speed remains low. Strange.

this is what running ethtool eth0 shows - seems like it's running at 1000 already ? GUI also says it's running at 1000mbps. I literally did not do anything except update to 6.10.1.

Solved. Issue was to do with wiring between the main router and node router that the server is attached to. Somehow the link got limited to 100mbps - solved with a router reboot.
