Solutions

  1. RandomFactoid's post in [6.10.1] Network speed limited to 100mbps from within docker containers was marked as the answer   
    Solved. Issue was to do with wiring between the main router and node router that the server is attached to. Somehow the link got limited to 100mbps - solved with a router reboot.
