Plex slow and crashing

After recently moving my plex server form one physical device to another (more powerful hardware) ive noticed that the plex menus are slow and ive seen some crashes..

 

Could someone take a look at the logs and see what ive got going on?  It seems when the plex docker crashes it crashes the entire unraid system.
