Jhp612
6.11 was working fine on my server. When I tried to upgrade to 6.11.1 (tried multiple times) on the reboot it fails after loading /bzroot/ . I have required all the pre-reqs including uninstalling incompatible plugins. restoring by "bz" files from the previous directory has allowed me to rollback to 6.11. I have downloaded the stock 6.11.1 image and manually replaced all BZ files with no success and the same behavior if that is what you're referring to Quote Link to comment
JorgeB
Try with a different flash drive with a new stock install, no key needed, just to see if it boots. Quote Link to comment
Jhp612
new stock install succeeded. So somthing must be loading that is causing a conflict between 6.11, and 6.11.1 . Any ideas how to troubleshoot what that might be? I have done the install pre-check including uninstalling nerd-tools. Im not sure what else might be causing the issue? JorgeB
If you've used a new flash drive first try the original with a new install to confirm it's not a flash problem. Quote Link to comment
Jhp612
It is not a new flash drive. I am using the same sandisk USB that I purchased from unraid directly. Quote Link to comment
JorgeB
OK, in that you case there are basically to options, copy the bare minimum from the the backup (key file, super.dat and pools folder) and reconfigure the rest, or start by copying the minium and then add the other config files, one or a few at a time, until you find the problem. Solution Jhp612 Posted October 17, 2022 Author Solution Share Posted October 17, 2022 Is there a list i can reference, or is it just those 3 artifacts? Quote Link to comment
JorgeB
Those are the minimum you need, it's the key and the array/pool assignments. Quote Link to comment
