getting this error constantly can't pinpoint where it is coming from any help would be appreciated. Diagnostic attached, from what i can gather it may be related to memory going bad?

I get nchan errors if I connect to the gui from android device and change to a tab with something else. nchan starts to cache messages until memory if full. I just dont leave gui connected on my tablet.
