MalronWall
Hello ! I have the same problem with my VM... I can play or just browse the web (for example) and sometimes it freezes completely and I just have to "Force stop" my vm. Another thing (I don't know about you), but when I look at the consumption of my threads from Unraid during the Freeze, all the allocated threads (in this case 8 cores 16 threads) are at 100%. Nackophilz
It's the same here, since always in fact... My VM spends its life crashing, even after doing the CPU isolations, adjust xml with fix found here it's incomprehensible... Everything works fine, and suddenly all the CPUs assigned to the VM are at 100% and crash. I have the impression that the management of the VMs is shaky on Unraid (for Windows at least) Sometimes I wonder if I should switch to ProxMox just for VM's ... This VM problem has always been present (as long as an AMD/NVIDIA CG is attached) AND it has never been solved. It would be nice if we had a viable solution ---- Namely, I tried all the methods found on Unraid to fix this problem, nothing to do, it still crashes haha Quote Link to comment

My CPU is a 3900x I have a RX5700XT, so I have the plugin for the AMD VENDOR RESET (passtrough in IOMMU GROUP etc) My "GOVERNOR CPU" is on-demand (which has improved things a bit, especially on lag) Otherwise I tested with all my dockers turned off, it doesn't change anything, on no plugin can interfere with my VM atm Quote Link to comment
