Remove drive from array and add new parity drive

Hi I am currently clearing a drive from the array that I wish to remove completely, I also want to upgrade my parity drive with a larger drive and place the existing parity drive in place of the removed array drive. Any help on this please ?

If you plan to replace parity no need to clear the drive, just empty the disk that you want to remove and do a new config with the new assignments and let Unraid re-sync parity.

You could use the Parity Swap procedure to simultaneously upgrade the parity drive to a larger one and use the old parity drive to replace a data drive.   As mentioned no need to clear the data drive to be replaced as the process above will restore any data on that drive.

Thanks for the help, old array drive cleared and removed but can I ask I is it okay to just run with a missing disk in the array as shown, I will be taking the parity disk and replacing with a new disk and adding the existing parity disk to the array ?

Solved, sorry I am impatient and have decided to create a new config as it could be next weekend before my new disk arrives
