SunnyGo
After a restart, I couldn't start a docker container, so I attempted to rebuild the docker. Then the docker failed to start, so I restarted again. Now, the cache drive is saying Unmountable: not mounted. I have tried the scrub, but it wouldn't allow me. Here is the diagnostic file after a reboot. Please advise on what I should do next. Thanks. zeus-diagnostics-20230613-2128.zip Quote Link to comment
JorgeB
Btrfs was detecting data corruption , you should start by running memtest, after that try this, if the log tree is the main issue it may help: btrfs rescue zero-log /dev/nvme0n1p1 Then re-start array and if it works run a correcting scrub and look for uncorrectable errors. SunnyGo
How would I run the correcting scrub? Is it through a command on the webterminal or through the main tab? If through a command, can I ask for the specific code to use? Thanks. Quote Link to comment

SunnyGo
I tried the scrub on the cache settings from the Main tab, but it didn't seem to start. It says aborted and has 0 duration. Quote Link to comment
JorgeB
Did you run memtest? And if the pool is mounting now post new diags. Quote Link to comment
SunnyGo
Hi! I ran the memtest and this is the result I got. I'm afraid I don't know how to make sense of them. Thanks. MemTest86-Report-20230617-031832.html MemTest86-20230617-031751.log Quote Link to comment
JorgeB
You can see the test result in the screen, and if there's one or more errors than it's bad: 2023-06-17 05:53:07 - Test result: FAIL (Errors: 17) Quote Link to comment
SunnyGo
I removed the faulty ram stick and passed the memtest. I then used the command you provided and can now mount the cache. btrfs rescue zero-log /dev/nvme0n1p1 However I still cannot scrub the cache drive. It says abrted and has 0 duration. Here are the new diagnostic files. Thanks. zeus-diagnostics-20230618-1533.zip Quote Link to comment
JorgeB
Pool is still going read-only, likely from the previous issues, best to backup and re-format. Quote Link to comment
SunnyGo
Can I ask how I would go about creating a backup for the cache drive and the subsequent steps such as reformat and restore? I've looked up the CA Appdata backup however I also want to backup the other contents of the cache drive such as the domains, isos, system. Thank you for your continued help on this. JorgeB
Basically you just need to copy anything important elsewhere, like the array for example, you can use your favorite tool, like the Dynamix File Manager for example, then to reformat stop the array, wipe the device with (check that cache is still that device): blkdiscard -f /dev/nvme0n1 Then start array and format.
